Brussels Griffon vs Tosa

Brussels Griffons are small, sturdy toy dogs with humanlike, bearded faces and large dark eyes. Deeply attached and “velcro-like,” they thrive on close company, gentle, reward-based training, and moderate daily exercise. Coats may be rough or smooth in rich red, black, or black and tan.

The Tosa is a large, powerful Japanese breed, calm and dignified at home yet naturally protective. Loyal and often devoted to one person, it needs experienced handling, early socialisation and consistent training. Short-coated but high-commitment, it faces legal restrictions in some countries.
