Brussels Griffon vs Spanish Mastiff

Brussels Griffons are small, sturdy toy dogs with humanlike, bearded faces and large dark eyes. Deeply attached and “velcro-like,” they thrive on close company, gentle, reward-based training, and moderate daily exercise. Coats may be rough or smooth in rich red, black, or black and tan.

Large, powerful livestock guardian, calm and observant yet strongly protective. Quiet and laid back at home if well exercised, deeply loyal with family and usually reserved with strangers. Independent and thoughtful, it suits experienced owners with space, structure and early socialisation.
