We’re proud to introduce our new Premium Service for dog buyers. This Premium Service is another step in our mission to ensure that every dog in Sweden is bought and sold safely, making it both easier and more secure to get a dog.

We’re proud to introduce our new Premium Service for dog buyers. This Premium Service is another step on our journey towards our goal: that every dog in Sweden is bought and sold safely. It makes getting a dog both easier and more secure.

For you as a future dog owner, the Premium Service means, among other things, that you get personal guidance from start to finish, you’re matched with the right dog ads based on your criteria, and you can get help with the initial contact – especially important since popular breeds are often sold quickly.

Simple steps to get started with Premium:

  • Create a matching profile where you fill in your criteria and answer a few questions that our dog sellers want to know when choosing between different buyers. Here you can also choose automatic contact when you’re matched with dog ads, as some breeds sell fast.
    You can always get help answering the questions from your personal expert via chat.

  • Once you’ve created your matching profile, the fun begins!
    You’ll be matched with the best dog ads based on your criteria. Now it’s time to look through them to find your favourite dog. You can then remove any ads you’re not interested in.

  • If you’ve chosen automatic contact, the sellers have already been contacted. If not, now is the time to contact the seller via the messaging service in the ad. With Premium, you’ll always be prioritised in the seller’s chat, which greatly increases your chances of getting your new dog.

  • When you’ve reached an agreement, it’s time to make your payment through our secure payment service, Säker Betalning, and to meet the dog!

  • Now it’s time to start preparing for your new family member. With Premium, you’ll receive a checklist of things you need to have at home before you bring your dog home. You’ll also get a list of recommended articles to read so you’re well prepared.

  • If you’re getting a puppy, you must wait until it is eight weeks old before you can bring it home. Otherwise, you’re free to welcome your new family member right away! At this stage, it’s important to make sure there is a proper purchase agreement. You’ll get this free with the Premium Service. You’ll also receive a guide to what you need to get from the seller and what to keep in mind during the first period of your new life as a dog owner.

You can always stay up to date and see every step of your journey by logging in to your Premium account. You’ll also receive updates via notifications or email.
