Vi driver oppdrett av mittelspitz i Fagernes under kennelnavnet Kennel Strøndafjorden, med Vivi Nyhus som oppdretter. Oppdrettet vårt går tilbake til minst 2015, og vi har oppdrettet rasen i både svart og oransje/sobel. Hunder fra oss har oppnådd championtitler i Norge, Sverige og Danmark, samt nordiske vinner- og veterantitler. I 2018 ble en hund fra oppdrettet vårt nummer tre blant voksne hunder på NMHKs mestvinnerliste. På en utstilling i Danmark i 2022 oppnådde hunder fra oss BIR og beste baby. Vi deltok også i oppdretterklasse for mittelspitz på NKK-utstillinger i 2023 og 2024.
