Can I, as a buyer, cancel my purchase after approving the transaction?
If you have approved the PetPay payment but then change your mind, it is up to you and the seller to agree on a refund. Remember that we cannot refund any transaction fees. We strongly recommend that the buyer always meets the dog and the seller BEFORE approving the final payment.
