S Uncut Diamond föder upp norsk skogkatt på Ekerö. Uppfödningens historia med rasen sträcker sig åtminstone tillbaka till 2009. En katt från uppfödningen ställdes ut i Sverige 2013, och flera deltog vid World Show i Malmö 2015. Bland utställningsmeriterna finns titlarna Supreme Champion och Distinguished Variety Merit, tilldelade en katt 2020, samt International Premier och Distinguished Merit, tilldelade samma katt 2024. År 2022 blev en katt från S Uncut Diamond Best in Show i kattungeklassen 4–7 månader vid en internationell utställning i Ostrava. Uppfödningen har därmed varit representerad i svenska och internationella utställningssammanhang under mer än ett decennium.
