Checklist for Handover

There are certain things you should give to the buyer when handing over a sold dog:

Talk to your buyer and make sure they are satisfied and have received all the information they need. Check whether they have any questions that need answering. Remember that a happy customer is likely to return.

  • Ownership registration form
  • Vaccination and deworming schedule
  • Vaccination certificate
  • Puppy health examination certificate
  • Purchase agreement
  • Registration certificate
  • Most kennels also provide a bag of the food the puppy has been eating previously
