Vi på kennel Comics föder upp flatcoated retriever i Hammarö. Vi har använt kennelnamnet inom rasen sedan åtminstone 2001, och 2009 tilldelades vi Hamiltonplaketten. Vid SSRK Värmlands utställningar 2013 utsågs vår uppfödargrupp till BIS-uppfödargrupp, och en hund från vår uppfödning blev BIS-veteran. Vid SSRK Värmlands utställningar 2024 nådde hundar från vår uppfödning även BIS-placeringar i både valpklass och jaktklass. År 2026 medverkade vi dessutom som sponsor för Flatcoated retrieverklubben Värmlands Flatshow.
